And why don’t you have a go at making some play dough this week? Exploring playdough can release lots of feel-good chemicals like Serotonin and Dopamine. These chemicals make you feel relaxed and happy. Whilst you are playing with your playdough have a think about how you feel. What do you like making with your playdough?
